I absolutely loved the decoration at the hotel. The colonial splendor mixed with quirky design elements made it feel unique and special. The general areas were beautifully designed and well-maintained, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be accessible and comfortable, with no difficulties navigating around the property.
I would have appreciated clearer signage throughout the hotel to help senior people find their way around. The children working there were friendly and helpful, but sometimes it would have been nice to have more assistance readily available for us older guests.

We had a great time at this hotel! The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. They even provided us with coffee and pastries for our early morning sunrise trip. The hotel is in the perfect location, just a short ride away from the town center. The rooms were comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including a nice sitting area and a patio. The breakfast had a small but delicious selection of food, and the Italian coffee was a nice touch. We also loved how this place supports the community, with part of the room cost going towards educational and health initiatives for children in need.
We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

My recent business trip to Siem Reap led me to stay at the Shinta Mani Shack, a hotel chosen by my director. I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional spa facilities and treatments offered at this luxurious establishment. The Turmeric and Lime deep cleanse and exfoliation, followed by a replenishing facial massage with Organic Moringa Oil containing 46 skin-boosting antioxidants, left my skin feeling rejuvenated and radiant.
Quite remarkably, nothing worth mentioning.

During my recent transit in Siem Reap, I had the opportunity to stay at Shinta Mani Shack. The hotel's location proved to be extremely convenient, as it is only 10 km away from Angkor International Airport. This made it easy for me to catch my connecting flight without having to worry about a long commute. the ambiance of Shinta Mani Shack was very welcoming, with its well-designed rooms and overall aesthetic.
While my stay at Shinta Mani Shack was generally pleasant, there was one minor drawback that I experienced. The restaurant on the property did not meet my expectations in terms of the quality of food and service.

The hotel's decoration at Shinta Mani Shack was absolutely lovely. Every corner had beautifully designed furniture and artwork that made me feel like I was in a stylish and sophisticated oasis. I especially loved the mirror with a smoky finish on one of the walls, which gave the room a sense of space without compromising on comfort. The general areas of the hotel were also well-maintained and spacious, making it easy for me, as a senior woman, to move around and relax. The accessibility of the hotel was excellent, with a convenient location that allowed me to easily explore the exciting downtown area of Siem Reap.
The only improvement I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is that the children working there could be a bit more attentive and understanding. Sometimes, it felt like they were a bit too busy or distracted, and it would have been nice to have a little more assistance with certain things.

The hotel was conveniently located near several restaurants and markets, making it easy to walk around and explore the area. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always with a smile on their face. The breakfast buffet had a decent selection of food to choose from.
The room was not up to my expectations, it was quite small and lacked amenities like a mini-fridge. The pool was a disappointment, it was much smaller than expected and wasn't very clean.
